4. PROJECT 2:16 (cd 2001) chaos004
The fourth Expanding Chaos record offers desolate popsongs with classic Chaos-feeling. Compared to earlier albums this is more normal music with some different solutions. The lyrics are quite dark and abandoned and the vocals are very soft and introspective. On track 11 and 16 you're not even supposed to quite catch what is sung, the voice should be just another instrument.
The record was recorded in Module 216 and the digital recording changed the way the band sounded. Midi-instruments and programmed drums are mixed with bass and electric guitars.
This is actually a demo-version by Markus since Anders was to busy with work to participate. A new version was released in dec 2006 with the title Closer To The Stars.
